BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit is paid. At the very latest, the remaining amount of the selected package must be paid within 5 days after the shoot date. Once payment is made in full, your selected images for retouching will be sent via Web Link within 7 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to shotbybinzy@gmail.com
A booking cancelled 14 days prior - the full deposit will be refunded;
- Between 14 - 4 days prior, half of your deposit will be retained with the remaining refunded; - Or retained in full if re-booking is made within 2 weeks -
Studio fee will be applied.
- After 4 days prior, the full deposit will be retained
